Nvidia Surges on Hyperscale Growth and Memory Supply Deal
I've been following Nvidia Corporation (NVDA) closely since 2022 and have consistently been bullish on its prospects. In my previous article from April 2025, I highlighted several reasons why NVDA was a strong buy, and it delivered a return of approximately 125%. Now, with three significant updates, I'm even more confident in the company's future.
Firstly, hyperscaler capital expenditure (CapEx) guidance continues to grow, exceeding expectations beyond 2026. This is particularly noteworthy for NVDA, as it indicates a sustained demand for its products and services. Furthermore, Vera Rubin's ramp has reached record scales, underscoring the company's ability to deliver on its growth promises.
Another key development is the partnership between NVDA and SKHY, along with other South Korean players, which secures memory supply and presents additional growth opportunities. This strategic move highlights NVDA's commitment to expanding its market reach and diversifying its revenue streams.
Perhaps most compellingly, NVDA trades at a relatively low price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 24x forward P/E, making it an attractive investment opportunity ahead of the upcoming earnings release. This disparity in valuation compared to its peers is a clear indication that investors may be overlooking the company's underlying strength and growth potential.
