NVIDIA Unveils Free Game Pass Trial for New Discord Subscribers

Xbox Game Pass is still the best offering from Microsoft's gaming division, despite recent controversies and price hikes. The service boasts a constantly rotating library of major releases, indie titles, first-party games, and Day One launches. However, many potential subscribers have been hesitant to commit due to rising prices and shifting plans.

NVIDIA is now offering a free three-month trial of Xbox Game Pass Starter, a tier that includes access to around 50 games, including DOOM Eternal, Fallout 4, Ori and the Will of the Wisps, and The Elder Scrolls Online. This promotion is available to new or returning Discord Nitro subscribers who claim it through the NVIDIA App.

The offer may not be visible to existing Nitro members or those who have held a subscription in the past 12 months. Starter's catalog does not include online console multiplayer, which may limit its appeal for some players. Nonetheless, this free trial provides an opportunity for potential subscribers to explore Game Pass before committing to a paid plan.
