Nvidia Warns Customers of Upcoming Server Price Hikes
Nvidia's largest customers have been informed that prices for servers equipped with the company's AI chips could increase by more than 15% in many cases. The price revision is expected to affect systems with the flagship Vera Rubin and Grace Blackwell chips, which are set to be delivered at the beginning of next year.
The size of the increase will depend on the generation of Nvidia chips and the systems' memory configuration. According to Bloomberg News, the rapid rise in the cost of memory chips is linked to the possible price revision.
