Nvidia's $366 Billion Commitments Spark Concerns Over Risk Profile
Nvidia's future spending commitments have increased its risk profile complexity, according to Saxo's chief investment strategist Charu Chanana.
The company disclosed $366 billion in various commitments, including supply and capacity agreements, cloud service agreements, data center leases, equity investments, and capex commitments.
This is on top of the previously disclosed $56 billion in AI-cloud and third-party lease commitments, land and power guarantees worth $108.5 billion, and 'memorandums of understanding' with finance providers for over $500 billion of third-party capital.
Nvidia generated $96 billion in revenue last quarter, making these future commitments a significant burden on the company's financials.
