Nvidia's AI Demand Soars with $96 Billion Revenue Surge
Nvidia's earnings report for the second quarter has provided much-needed reassurance about the strength of AI demand.
The company's revenue soared to $96.2 billion, a 106% increase year-over-year, with data-center revenue accounting for $89 billion of that total.
This growth is largely driven by hyperscale customers and AI clouds, industrial customers, and enterprises (ACIE), which saw a 25% quarter-to-quarter increase in revenue.
Nvidia's CEO Jensen Huang predicted a 70% data-center revenue growth for fiscal year 2028, citing 'a supply-constrained outlook.'
