NVIDIA's Groq3 LPX Chip Hits Production Amid $20B Deal with NEBIUS

NVIDIA (NVDA.US) has announced that its Groq3 LPX chip is now in full production, following a $20 billion deal. The first company to adopt this new technology is NEBIUS (NBIS.US), which will be using the Nebius token factory.

In benchmarking tests, the Artificial Analysis tool running on Gemma 4 31B with a 100k token has shown impressive results, achieving 3,400 tokens per second. This represents a significant improvement over previous alternatives, offering four times faster responsiveness.
