Nvidia's Huang Surges to Sixth-Richest Person After $15.6 Billion Gain

Nvidia's co-founder and CEO Jensen Huang has become the world's sixth-richest person, after his net worth surged to $196.8 billion on August 27.

This significant gain came from a 9% rise in Nvidia shares following the company's second-quarter results, which revealed a forecast of 70% revenue growth in its 2028 financial year.

Colette Kress, Nvidia's chief financial officer, told analysts that the company expects revenue growth of 70%, significantly higher than Wall Street's previous estimate of 44%.

Huang stated that demand is much greater than anticipated, and the constraint is rather how much Nvidia can supply rather than customer demand.
