The entire RTX 50-series lineup has been affected, with prices rising between 20% for the RTX 5050 and 77% for the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB. The cheapest available model is the Zotac Solid OC at $4,999 on Newegg, while premium variants like the ROG Astral 4X OC command $6,000.
The AI supply squeeze has been driven by manufacturers diverting essential components toward enterprise customers building out AI infrastructure. This reallocation has led to a shortage of components such as HBM and server DRIMMs for AI data centers, causing RAM prices to surge 500% over the past year.
