Nvidia's Top 3 AI Stock Investments Revealed: What They Mean for Investors
Nvidia's portfolio reveals three artificial intelligence (AI) stocks that make up almost 88% of its investments. The semiconductor specialist has a significant stake in SpaceX, CoreWeave, and Intel, which are all capitalizing on the AI boom.
SpaceX is worth nearly $2 trillion, but the company's valuation has already factored in some of its AI-related success. Despite generating significantly less revenue than similarly sized peers and remaining unprofitable, SpaceX's AI revenue grew 247.5% year over year to $2.6 billion during the second quarter.
CoreWeave, on the other hand, has a massive backlog of $104 billion, which soared by 245.5% year over year. The company's revenue of $2.6 billion rose 112.5% compared to the year-ago period, but it remains unprofitable.
Intel is also seeing soaring demand for its products thanks to the rise of agentic AI. However, the company seems somewhat overvalued, trading at 80.7x forward earnings versus an average of 21.7x for information technology stocks.
