McDonald brings over 25 years of experience to the position, having worked in various sectors including automotive, recreational vehicle, marine, powersports, and industrial distribution. He has previously held positions as general manager and senior operating roles at Western Canadian dealership and distribution businesses such as Applewood Performance Centre, Genesis Vancouver, and Fraserway RV.
