The company secured new orders from Boeing, Honeywell, and the Israeli Ministry of Defense, increasing its backlog to $16.45 million as of the release date.
Odysight.ai's cash balance stood at approximately $17.6 million as of June 30, 2026, with no debt. The company received its first direct purchase order from Boeing to showcase its AI-powered predictive maintenance solution at two Boeing sites in August 2026.
The agreement marks the start of a potential broader relationship between Odysight.ai and Boeing across their rotorcraft and defense portfolios. Additionally, the company signed a proof-of-concept collaboration with Honeywell Aerospace APU Division to evaluate its solution across Honeywell's Auxiliary Power Units portfolio.
