The company claims the review caused 'significant reputational harm' and 'special damages.'

The lawsuit was filed after the woman allegedly published malicious and defamatory accusations against Starr Manufacturing Inc. in her Google review.

The company stated that it has suffered expenses due to the review, which was published in March. It is also concerned that the woman will continue to post false allegations online.
