Ohio Residents Can Add Driver's License to Digital Wallet

Ohio residents can now add their state-issued driver's license or ID card to their digital wallet. This feature, known as Ohio Mobile ID, is available on Apple and Google Wallet platforms.

To add an Ohio license or ID card to Apple Wallet, users can open the app and follow the prompts. The digital ID can be used on an iPhone or Apple Watch at participating locations.

For Google Wallet users, the process involves opening the Google Wallet app, selecting 'Add to Wallet,' choosing 'ID Card,' selecting Ohio, and following verification prompts. However, it's worth noting that users can only have one Mobile ID at a time and must remove an existing credential from previous devices.
