OKX Brings Tokenized US Stocks to Crypto-Trading Platform
OKX has launched Tokenized Stocks, allowing traders to access major US equities and ETFs alongside cryptocurrencies in their digital asset environment.
The platform offers more than 40 tokenized stocks and ETFs, including Apple, Nvidia, Tesla, Microsoft, Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, the S&P 500, and Nasdaq 100 trackers. Each token is backed 1:1 by shares held in custody through the Backed issuance framework.
Traders can gain price exposure to these stocks without direct ownership or shareholder voting rights. Dividends are automatically reinvested into the underlying asset.
The product is available on OKX's existing platforms, with the same web, desktop, and mobile apps used for crypto trading. Tokenized markets settle on-chain across the X Layer and Solana networks.
