Ben Goodwin, co-founder and CEO of Olipop, has turned down offers from beverage giants PepsiCo (PEP) and Coca-Cola (KO).

The company's valuation is now over $1.85 billion after a major Series C funding round.

Goodwin says he wants to focus on growth, a healthy profit-and-loss statement, and a great product with a strong customer base.

'I certainly have thought about building a broader brand of beverages,' Goodwin said in an episode of the Power Players With Brian Sozzi podcast. 'My goal is growth and a healthy P&L and a great product with a healthy customer base.'

Olipop's revenue has scaled rapidly from under $1 million in 2019 to over $400 million, driven by massive growth across major retailers like Target and Walmart.
