Olsavsky Reports RSU Vesting and Stock Sale for Amazon
Amazon's Chief Financial Officer, Brian T. Olsavsky, has reported two restricted stock unit (RSU) vestings and a common stock sale in a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The RSU vestings, which occurred on August 21, 2026, involved the acquisition of 9,900 and 5,530 Amazon shares at $0 each. This increased Olsavsky's directly held shares to 115,379, according to the filing.
In a separate transaction also executed on August 21, Olsavsky sold 6,172 shares of Amazon common stock at $260.31 per share under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted in May 2026.
Olsavsky's direct beneficial ownership now totals 109,207 shares, while he also holds 1,627.979 shares indirectly through an Amazon.com 401(k) plan account.
