One Down, One Missing: The Return of the Darkroom Checkout Counter
The Darkroom gift shop at Disney's Hollywood Studios has seen some changes recently. One of its checkout counters, featuring an Art Deco design, has returned to the store. This counter sits near the main entrance along Hollywood Boulevard.
Despite this addition, The Darkroom is still missing a second full-sized wooden register that once occupied another section of the shop. Without it, guests may experience longer wait times when checking out.
The Walt Disney World Resort has not commented on these changes or indicated whether the second counter will return. Guests can find alternative shopping locations throughout Disney's Hollywood Studios, such as Mickey's of Hollywood.
