Health Canada has issued several product recall notices and advisories for various products that have been sold in Ontario. One of the recalls is for generic acetaminophen, which may be contaminated with phenolic resin or epoxy. If ingested, this can cause injury to the digestive system.

The Home Depot and Home Hardware have also updated their company recall notices to include attic ladders initially recalled in August. These ladders were found to pose a risk of falls and injuries.

Additionally, gas ranges sold at various retailers have been recalled due to a possible gas leak risk. Customers are advised to stop using the affected products immediately and contact the manufacturer for further instructions.
