Outlook and ChatGPT Outages Hit Thousands of Users
A widespread outage has hit Microsoft's Outlook email service, leaving thousands of users unable to access key features on Monday. The disruption, which started in late morning, has been reported by nearly 6,000 users according to the user-monitoring site Downdetector.
Those affected said they were unable to open, search, or send emails through the service. Microsoft gave an update on their status from X, stating, 'We're continuing to fine-tune our remediation strategy as our internal tests progress.'
The outage has also impacted users of ChatGPT Work, with a partial outage reported across multiple subscription plans.
