Outlook and ChatGPT Suffer Widespread Disruption Amidst Unresolved Issues
A widespread disruption to Microsoft's Outlook email service has left thousands of users unable to access key features on Monday.
Nearly 6,000 users have reported an outage for Outlook, according to the user-monitoring site Downdetector.
Those affected said they were unable to open, search or send emails through the service. The outage has been impacting users since late morning, with the first status update being reported at 12 p.m. EST.
Microsoft's internal tests are ongoing as the company works on a remediation strategy. In a statement on social media platform X, Microsoft said they were 'continuing to fine-tune our remediation strategy as our internal tests progress.'
