P&G Health Re-Appoints Madhavan as Independent Director
Procter & Gamble Health Ltd has re-appointed Subramanian Madhavan as an Independent Director, effective November 15, 2026. This move marks a continuation of his service to the company, which he has been a part of for some time.
Madhavan brings over three-and-half decades of experience in various fields such as finance, accountancy, law, and IT. Prior to this appointment, he served as senior partner and Executive Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
