Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd delivered significant productivity savings for FY26, driving a 19% increase in Profit After Tax (PAT) to ₹850 crore on flat sales of ₹4300 crore. The company saved ₹86 crore through improved efficiency measures.

The firm achieved these gains by delivering the same or better output with lower spending or resource investment. This enabled them to invest back into the business and drive margin expansion, which led to a 1-point improvement in structural margins.

Strategic initiatives played a key role in driving productivity gains. These included investing in data platforms and prioritizing employee wellbeing. The company also emphasized its corporate social responsibility efforts through P&G Shiksha, aiming to impact over 1 crore children by improving learning outcomes and awareness about learning gaps.
