P&G Hygiene Posts Flat Sales, 19% Net Profit Hike in FY26
Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care (P&G) has reported its fiscal year 2026 results, showing a 19% increase in net profit to ₹850 crore. Despite flat sales of ₹4,300 crore, the company achieved a 6% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in net sales over the past decade.
The net profit margin expanded to approximately 20%, up from 19% in the previous nine-month period. The return on capital employed improved to 1.35 from 1.03, indicating better utilization of capital.
P&G attributed part of its financial improvement to disciplined cost management and productivity initiatives, which led to ₹86 crore in productivity savings for FY25/26.
