Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd (PGHHL) remains confident in its growth strategy despite a rapidly evolving operating environment. The company reported revenue of Rs 4,290 crore in FY26, with Profit After Tax (PAT) increasing 19% to Rs 857 crore.

Managing Director Kumar Venkatasubramanian said the year ahead might continue to be challenging, but the company remains confident in its ability to drive market growth and deliver balanced growth and value creation. The company is investing in innovation, brand building, and go-to-market capabilities to stay responsive to changing consumer needs.

PGHHL noted that non-food inflation remains below the RBI's medium-term target of 4%, but consumption patterns are shifting. Rural demand is higher than urban consumption, although showing signs of softening amid an uptick in inflation.

The company expects the FMCG sector to enter a phase of stabilisation and renewed optimism in 2026, with growth increasingly driven by volumes rather than price hikes.
