P&G Names Shailesh Jejurikar as New Board Chairman
Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG) has appointed Shailesh Jejurikar as its new Chairman of the Board, effective August 1, 2026. Jejurikar will take on this additional role while continuing to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer. Jon Moeller, the current Executive Chairman, is set to retire from the Board effective July 31, 2026.
Jejurikar joined P&G in 1989 and has held various senior leadership roles across categories, sectors, and regions since 2014. He played a key role in building several of P&G's core businesses, including global Fabric Care and Home Care, in regions such as North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Jejurikar praised Moeller for his 'tireless and steady leadership' during his 38-year tenure with the company. He noted that Moeller's strategic vision has been instrumental in shaping P&G into the company it is today.
