P&G Names Shailesh Jejurikar Chairman of the Board
Procter & Gamble (P&G) has appointed Shailesh Jejurikar as its new Chairman of the Board, effective August 1, 2026. This move follows the retirement of Jon Moeller, who stepped down from the Board on July 31, 2026.
Jejurikar will assume the position while continuing to serve as P&G's President and Chief Executive Officer. He has been with the company since 1989 and became a member of its global leadership team in 2014.
In his new role, Jejurikar praised Moeller for his 'tireless and steady leadership' at P&G, citing his strategic vision and courage as instrumental in shaping the company.
