P&G Scoops Up Thorne for $3.8 Billion in Health Sector Play
Procter & Gamble Co. has acquired Thorne, a supplement maker, in an all-cash deal valued at $3.8 billion. The acquisition is part of P&G's health push, which was reported earlier this year. L Catterton took Thorne private in 2023.
The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2026's fourth quarter. This marks another significant investment for P&G as it expands its presence in the health and wellness industry.
