P&G's New CEO Gets $9.4 Million Raise
Procter & Gamble Co., the Cincinnati-based consumer products giant, has nearly doubled its new CEO's pay this year. Shailesh Jejurikar, who took over as CEO on January 1, received a $9.4 million raise for fiscal 2026, bringing his total compensation to $19 million.
The company filed its proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission, revealing the significant increase in Jejurikar's pay. This is despite him only being in the position for half of the year, as he was promoted from chief operating officer when Jon Moeller stepped down.
Jejurikar was paid $9.6 million in fiscal 2025, and his new compensation package makes him a significant earner among P&G's executives. The company did not provide details on what factors contributed to the substantial increase in Jejurikar's pay.
