A Bengaluru woman recently claimed to have found a live caterpillar in her food from Paris Panini, sparking a debate over food hygiene.

Anwesha Majhi, who posted about the incident on X, shared a photo of the contaminated food along with a video showing what appeared to be a live caterpillar.

The founder of Paris Panini, Nicolas Grossemy, apologized for the incident and promised to investigate and take corrective action.
