Paychex has integrated its AI-powered intelligence engine, WISE (Workforce Intelligence Strengthened by Expertise), within Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams. This marks the first step in Paychex's channel expansion strategy.

WISE provides real-time workforce insights, expert guidance, and actionable capabilities directly into the tools that businesses already utilize.

The integration allows Paychex customers to access valuable information like headcount and compliance deadlines, as well as enabling actions such as approving time-off requests.
