Per Scholas Launches AI Fellowship Program to Bridge Workforce Gap
Per Scholas has launched its Salesforce AI Fellowship program, a workforce initiative that pairs graduates of its no-cost Salesforce Administrator course with paid nonprofit fellowships to gain real-world experience with AI and Salesforce.
The eight-month fellowship provides selected graduates with hands-on experience in applying their technical skills in real-world environments while helping mission-driven organizations modernize operations, strengthen Salesforce systems, improve data quality, and responsibly adopt artificial intelligence.
Per Scholas President Caitlyn Brazill said, 'As AI transforms the workplace, technical skills alone are no longer enough, employers need candidates who can apply those skills in real business environments.'
