The acquisition was made public through a recent 13F filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission, revealing Perennial's entry into the market as an institutional investor.

Among them are Fred Alger Management LLC, Synergy Financial Group LTD, CBIZ Investment Advisory Services LLC, Krane Funds Advisors LLC, and HBW Advisory Services LLC, who collectively own 80.43% of the stock.

Despite some analysts' concerns about AI's potential to disrupt Salesforce's core business, the company has seen increased momentum in its AI-powered autonomous agents, leading management to raise confidence in future growth prospects.
