Peter H. Pearson Charged in Officer-Involved Shooting Near Home Depot
A man has been identified and arraigned in connection with an officer-involved shooting near a Home Depot store in Benton Township, Michigan.
The Berrien County police have named Peter H. Pearson as the suspect involved in the incident on September 4.
Pearson, 40 years old, is facing three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and two counts of assaulting, resisting or obstructing a police officer.
He has been held on a $250,000 bond while he remains hospitalized.
