Procter & Gamble (PG) released its Q4 2026 earnings report on July 29, 2026. The company reported a net sales increase of 3% to $87 billion for fiscal 2026, driven by favorable foreign exchange and pricing.

The core earnings per share (EPS) rose 1% to $6.89 despite a decline in gross margin and operating margin. P&G returned over $15 billion to shareholders in fiscal 2026 through dividends and share repurchases.

For fiscal 2027, the company forecasted organic sales growth of 1-3%, with a headwind from brand and product form discontinuations. Core EPS is expected to range from $6.89 to $7.11 per share, reflecting flat to 3% growth against macro factors.

P&G also projected a cost headwind of $1 billion after-tax in fiscal 2027 due to higher raw materials, energy, and transportation costs related to the Middle East conflict.
