The PGA Tour has announced its schedule for 2027, featuring significant changes to the beginning and ending stretches of the regular season. The tour will start on January 21 with The American Express in La Quinta, California, replacing traditional opening events in Hawaii.

The West Coast swing is also undergoing changes, with Pebble Beach taking the place of Torrey Pines for one week, and the WM Phoenix Open shifting to a weekend finish aligned with Super Bowl Sunday. The Cadillac Championship will now take place in March, ahead of The Players Championship, which remains unchanged.

Other notable changes include the Sompo Championship replacing the Rocket Classic in Napa, California, and the regular-season finale moving from Wyndham to Raymond James in Greensboro, North Carolina. Additionally, next year's FedEx Cup Playoffs will be the final one in the current three-event format, with a new 90-player Championship Series Finale taking place in 2028, followed by a two-event match-play competition featuring 32 players.
