Pima County Man Gets 6.5 Years for Hundreds of Home Depot Thefts
A Pima County man has been sentenced to over six years in prison for committing hundreds of thefts at Home Depot stores across the county.
The Arizona Attorney General's Office reports that Francisco Fuentes was sentenced to 6.5 years in prison, followed by seven years of probation.
Fuentes was also ordered to pay $101,753.21 in restitution to Home Depot for the losses exceeding $100,000.
Attorney General Kris Mayes stated that 'organized retail theft raises prices for everyday shoppers, and puts store employees at risk.'
