Pima County Man Gets Prison Time for Stealing Over $100,000 from Home Depot
A Pima County man has been sentenced for stealing over $100,000 from Home Depot.
Francisco Fuentes was given 6.5 years in prison and seven years of probation after pleading guilty to organized retail theft and other charges on July 23.
The Arizona Attorney General's Office said Fuentes committed hundreds of thefts from Home Depot stores across the county, with a total loss exceeding $101,000.
Arizona AG Kris Mayes praised the Oro Valley Police Department and Home Depot for their assistance in building the case against Fuentes, who was also ordered to pay restitution to the company.
