Pine Labs Appoints Razorpay Alum Jayaram Karthik as COO
Pine Labs has appointed Jayaram Karthik as its new Chief Operations Officer (COO).
Karthik, a former executive at Razorpay, will oversee Pine Labs' operations and merchant experiences across India and international markets.
He will also lead the development of technology-enabled operating models as the company expands internationally.
Pine Labs currently operates in over 20 countries and is seeking to establish a unified operational model across its markets.
Karthik brings more than 25 years of experience in operations, risk, analytics, and technology, having held leadership roles at American Express, Citibank, Amazon, Tata, and Razorpay.
