Pine Labs Taps Jayaram Karthik as COO to Drive Global Operations

Pine Labs, a Noida-based fintech company, has appointed Jayaram Karthik as its chief operations officer (COO) to drive global operations.

Karthik will oversee operations and merchant experiences across India and international markets, focusing on tech-enabled operating models to strengthen the company's operational capabilities.

The appointment comes as Pine Labs looks to expand internationally, with a presence in over 20 countries. The company's CEO, B Amrish Rau, stated that bringing technology and operations together will be key to delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Karthik brings over 25 years of experience from companies like American Express, Citibank, Amazon, Tata, and Razorpay, where he held leadership positions in operational transformation and scaling business processes.
