Pine Labs Taps Tech Pro for Operations Role
Pine Labs has named Jayaram Karthik as its chief operations officer. This appointment is significant for the company, which currently operates across more than 20 countries.
Karthik brings over 25 years of experience in operations, risk, analytics, and technology to his new role. He previously held leadership positions at notable companies such as American Express, Citibank, Amazon, Tata, and Razorpay.
In his new position, Karthik will focus on developing technology-enabled operating models and enhancing merchant journeys across Pine Labs' markets. The company's CEO, B Amrish Rau, sees Karthik's expertise in streamlining complex processes as crucial for the next phase of global growth.
