Pinterest Links Creators to Amazon Storefronts in Shopping Push
Pinterest has announced that it will now allow creators to connect their Amazon Storefronts directly to their Pinterest accounts.
This move is part of Pinterest's efforts to position itself as a shopping destination, capitalizing on its active user base of 630 million monthly actives, with over 50% of users coming to the platform to shop.
By automatically applying the creator's Amazon affiliate link to any eligible Amazon product they tag, creators can earn a portion of the profit.
The Amazon Storefront linking feature will also showcase the creator's store on their Pinterest profile, allowing users to discover products that specific creators personally recommend.
