Piston Peak National Park Model Unveiled at D23: A Glimpse into Disney's Future

Walt Disney Imagineering has unveiled the most detailed look yet at Piston Peak National Park, the upcoming Cars-themed land coming to Magic Kingdom's Frontierland. The model, on display at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event in Anaheim, shows a fully realized version of the new land with various features and attractions.

The model depicts a large snow-capped mountain dominating the back of the land, complete with rocky terrain cascading down to the land below. On the right side, a dramatic geyser element is visible alongside rocky canyon terrain.

The national park aesthetic is consistent with earlier concept art, featuring forested land with winding pathways and multiple lodge-style buildings throughout. A central hub area anchors the land, with pathways branching out toward attractions and dining and retail structures surrounding it.
