Pixel 11 Pre-Orders Open Hours Before Google's Launch Event

Google is set to announce its new flagship phone series today at 6pm ET/11pm GMT, but pre-orders for the devices will go live hours before the Made by Google keynote in New York.

The Pixel 11 and its variants, including the Pro and Fold models, will be available for pre-order from 11am ET/3pm GMT on Wednesday. This is unusual, as new tech usually goes up for pre-order at the same time as the launch event.

According to 9to5Google, Google has emailed out discount codes ahead of the launch, with values ranging from $100 to $250. These can be stacked with store credit or other vouchers but not with other offers.

The new line of phones and devices is expected to include four models: the base Pixel 11, the Pixel 11 Pro, the Pixel 11 Pro XL, and the Pixel 11 Pro Fold. The regular Pixel 11 will come in four color options, while the Pro models will have slightly different options.

Google has confirmed year-on-year price rises across the board, but pre-ordering early may help mitigate this cost.
