Pixel 11 Pro Deals Offer Up to £850 Off with Trade-In Incentives
Google is celebrating the launch of its new Pixel 11 Pro phone with significant trade-in incentives for those looking to upgrade. Until 1 September, you can buy the new Pixel 11 Pro or Pro XL and trade in an eligible device for up to £850, including a £400 bonus on top of the standard trade-in value.
The design of the Pixel 11 Pro remains unmistakably Pixel, with Google's trademark Camera Bar stretching across the back of the phone. This design choice means the phone doesn't wobble when you're typing on it on a table, unlike other smartphones. The latest phone has also been updated to make it thinner.
The new feature called HiLight is a colour LED ring around the rear camera flash on the Pro models. This flashes and corresponds with five different preset colours to identify who's ringing you, even when the phone is lying face down on the table. It also glows when you activate Gemini, the phone's AI system.
The new folding model is thinner (though the two halves are noticeably different thicknesses), but it's nowhere near as thin as the recently released Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. Google has tended to favour slightly thicker foldables to include bigger batteries. There is also increased scratch-resistance on the Pro model displays and a tougher back on the foldable.
