Pixel Expansion Set for Coca-Cola's England Facility
Coca-Cola UNITED has finalized its major expansion plans in England, Louisiana. The $106 million project, dubbed Project Pixel, will upgrade the company's warehouse and distribution operation.
The subdistrict created by the England Authority to facilitate this project is adjacent to Coca-Cola's facilities at LA 28 West and Allison Drive.
About 75 new jobs are expected as a result of the expansion, with another 200 construction jobs involved. Corporate officials hailed the project's significance in strengthening the local community's economic structure.
