Pixel Watch 5 Finally Wins Over Skeptical Reviewer

After years of disappointment, Google's Pixel Watch series has finally won over its reviewer. The first Pixel Watch was marred by battery issues and bugs, but the new Pixel Watch 5 has addressed these problems with a longer-lasting battery that can last up to 2.5 days on a single charge.

The watch also features a sleek design that still looks like an actual watch, unlike some other smartwatches on the market. The reviewer praises the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 display, which held up well even after a year of testing with zero scratches.

However, there are still some minor issues, such as the lack of sapphire crystal on the display and the fact that generative watch faces feel like a gimmick rather than a real upgrade. Additionally, the Health Guardian feature is not yet available and will launch in October.

The Pixel Watch 5 runs on Wear OS 7 and features a Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 2 processor, 2GB of memory, and 64GB of storage. The watch also has various sensors, including a compass, altimeter, and SpO2 sensor.
