Pixxel Secures $100M for Hyperspectral Constellation Expansion
Pixxel, an Indian space technology company backed by Google, has raised $100M in its Series C round. The funding is led by Temasek and Seraphim Space Investment Trust.
This round brings the total capital behind Pixxel to $195M. It's also the largest single round ever closed by an Indian space technology company.
Pixxel plans to use the funds for several projects, including the development of its Honeybee constellation, high-resolution optical satellites, and synthetic aperture radar.
