Port Orleans French Quarter Scat Cat's Club Refurbishment Announced
Walt Disney World has announced that Scat Cat's Club at Port Orleans Resort, French Quarter will be undergoing refurbishment from October 6, 2026, to January 2027. During this time, both the restaurant and lounge sides of Scat Cat's Club will close for renovation.
The café side of Scat Cat's Club, which is beignet central, will reopen in December 2026, while the lounge side is expected to reopen in January 2027. In the meantime, a temporary bar will be available near the café from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The fan-favorite beignets will be relocated to Sassagoula Floatworks & Food Factory during this project. The Ghoulish Delight beignets (for Halloween) will also be available at the food court through November 1, 2026.
