Procter & Gamble Veteran Stephen Rahl Passes Away at 81

Stephen Rahl, an 81-year-old design engineer and manager from Powell, Ohio, passed away on September 7, 2026. Born in Edwardsville, Pennsylvania, he earned his degree from Pennsylvania State University before embarking on a 35-year career with Procter & Gamble.

Rahl's work took him from the Susquehanna River Valley to Cincinnati, Ohio, and overseas to Japan and Germany. He later co-founded Creative Advantage Alliance, a consultancy focused on creative problem-solving.

In his free time, Rahl enjoyed woodworking and was an active member of his community, serving as president of the Pisgah Youth Organization and his local HOA. After retirement, he and his wife Peggy traveled extensively across Europe and North America.
