Publicis Groupe has secured the PepsiCo global media account, worth an estimated $3.4 billion in advertising spend annually.

The win marks a significant coup for Publicis, which will handle media strategy, planning, activation, connected identity, and technology across brands including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Lay's in over 200 markets worldwide.

PepsiCo spent $5.4 billion on marketing in 2025, with the new arrangement dubbed the 'One PepsiCo' model.

The appointment was made through a review of media and technology capabilities, with AI and data integration being key deciding factors.

As a result of this win, Publicis is expected to withdraw from Coca-Cola's global media business review, worth an estimated $4 billion, as handling both accounts simultaneously would create conflict.
